Some words and phrases cannot be set up as keywords within goHappy. This is because these words are considered “reserved” by carriers and SMS providers. Primarily, these are words that are associated with the action of opting in and out of automated text messages, which is behavior that cannot be overridden in goHappy. There are some additional words, such as “help”, that are sometimes used by carriers and cannot be consistently implemented by goHappy.
