While there are various ways in which clients can leverage Keywords to help keep team members more informed and reduce administrative time, we have five particular keywords that have really helped maximize the value of this feature. Below, we'll provide those keywords and how customers are taking advantage of this feature:
- PTO - This is the most frequently used keyword across all goHappy clients. Our data shows this has helped improve sentiment amongst team members while reducing administrative burden of team members checking in on paid time off.
- Benefits - This keyword most often replies with a link to your benefits portal.
- W2 - Any info pertaining to W2. In addition many companies leverage this feature to ensure mailing addresses are correct prior to sending out W2's.
- Pay - Link to payroll system or pay card provider or both!
- ID - Returns employee ID number as this is a common way many companies allow employees to receive discounts or company perks
