What are Keywords?

Our Keyword feature means that your employees can reply to your dedicated number with any keyword you set up to help them find internal resources, which saves hours of work for your HR team - no more answering the same questions over and over!

How does it work?

Choose One Main Keyword:

Your dedicated goHappy Client Success Manager will set up for you so it’s stamped to the bottom of every text that goes out. (see example on the right!)


Suggestion? 

Many clients choose to use the word “Menu” as it’s short, easy to spell, and makes sense. :) 


What happens next? 

When an employee replies with the word Menu, it instantly returns the pre-set response with a list of additional keywords they can choose from.


Employees can then choose their keyword of choice for additional auto-responses with links, docs, contact info, etc. for that keyword.
