What are Keywords?

Our Keyword feature means that your employees can reply to your dedicated number with any keyword you set up to help them find internal resources, which saves hours of work for your HR team - no more answering the same questions over and over!

How does it work?

Employees text a keyword/code to your goHappy phone number and get an automated response back to their phone. You can find your goHappy phone number on your account's dashboard at the top left. It's also the same number that sends you work texts.

Choose One Main Keyword:

One main keyword, like MENU, is added to the bottom of every text that goes out. (see example on the right!)


What happens next? 

When an employee replies with the word Menu, it instantly returns the pre-set response with a list of additional keywords they can choose from.


Employees can then choose their keyword of choice for additional auto-responses with links, docs, contact info, etc. for that keyword.
