Want to see how a specific intranet item is performing? From the main dashboard, just click on any item to open a detailed item view page with stats and version history.
🧾 Item Overview
At the top of the page, you’ll find basic details about the document, including:
- Item Name and Status (Live, Draft, or Archived)
- File Type (PDF, Word doc, etc.)
- Original File Name
- Date Added and File Size
- Added By (who uploaded the item)
🔐 Access Settings
You’ll see the current access level for the item:
- Public (accessible to anyone with the link)
- Private (only employees in the intranet’s contact type)
- Segmented Access (limited by job title, location, etc.)
🎯 Use this section to double-check who can see the item.
🗂️ Versions
The Versions panel shows all past uploads of this document, including:
- Upload date and time
- User who uploaded it
- File version history, so you always know which version employees are viewing
📈 Visits and Views (Last 30 Days or Custom Range)
The Total / Unique Visits chart mirrors the main dashboard but is specific to this item.
Use it to see how many employees have viewed the file over time.
On the right, the Views table shows:
- Total views
- Unique views
- View sources:
- Search
- Short URL
- Manual text message
- Automated trigger
- Search
🔍 Searched Terms
This widget lists the top search terms that led employees to the item.
Example: If "dental" was searched and led to a click on this document, it will appear here — including the number of visits.
⚙️ Item Actions
Use the Item Actions dropdown (top right) to:
- View the current version of the document
- Edit the file or its settings
