Private Keywords for Surveys:
You now have the ability to both send out Private Surveys through normal means, as well as the ability to assign a Keyword to the survey to allow employees to request their link.
To add a keyword, you simply navigate to the messages page for the private survey, click the + button next to reminders, and select "Keyword". This will assign a keyword based on the survey name, but you can update the text via the normal Keyword functionality:
After adding the keyword, if you do not want to send a launch message for the survey (meaning it will only be accessible via keyword), you will have the option to delete the launch message:
When an employee sends in the keyword request, we will verify that they match any survey criteria before sending the private survey url (job title, location, etc, - whatever is entered on the survey criteria page). If they do not match the criteria, they will get the same response as someone trying to access a private keyword they do not have access to.
Non-Admins can now download a delivery report:
We previously only allowed admins to download delivery reports, but this has been opened up to non-admin roles.
