How do employees log into the Intranet?

Employees verify access to the intranet by entering their phone number and a one-time code. Only active employees can log in; former employees are blocked unless a separate intranet is created for them.

To protect sensitive company information, employees must verify their identity before accessing the intranet:

  • They’ll enter their phone number on the intranet access screen.

  • A text message with a verification code will be sent to their phone.

  • Access is granted once the code is entered correctly.
  • Employees only need to verify phone number again if they are inactive for two weeks

✔️ Important: The phone number must match a record in the employer’s active employee roster. This roster is typically updated daily.

🚫 Former Employees: If an employee has left the organization and is no longer on the active file, they will not be able to access the intranet. However, employers can create a separate intranet for terminated employees, allowing for post-employment communication when needed.
