We updated the Keyword table to include total number of requests, as well as the latest request date for the keyword:
File Type Upload validation
In order to ensure customers only upload accepted document types, we have new validation that will alert users whenever they attempt to attached an unsupported file type to a message (anywhere images can be uploaded):
