Claude is known for its strong natural language understanding and generation capabilities, which help us provide accurate and context-aware assistance. We also use Cohere Rerank and Embed models, also via Amazon AWS, for advanced content relevance ranking. Cohere specializes in ranking information, ensuring that the most relevant content surfaces during searches.
