What is a super manager?

Super Managers are similar to a Manager role, except they can see messages sent by other users, in the Outbox. Super Managers are able to see messages sent by Manager users who report up to them in a hierarchy.

The Super Manager role is particularly useful for organizations that want to provide certain users with broader access to survey results and messaging data while maintaining hierarchical controls.

Some common examples of Job Titles that correlate to a Super Manager would be an Area Coach, District Manager, Region Coach, Multi-site Supervisor.
