What is a feature admin?

Feature admins have the same permissions as Account admins when it comes to managing a specific module. So, a Feature admin in messaging would be able to do things like create and edit keywords and triggers.

However, they would not be able to do anything within other modules, like feedback, unless they were granted permission to the feedback module.  This would be controlled by an Account admin.

Regardless of what modules they have access to, feature admins cannot add or edit users or contacts, or edit account settings.  This is only available to Account admins.
