Updating an employee phone number?
Your HRIS/Payroll is the system of record
The short answer is the employee's phone number will need to be updated in your HRIS/Payroll system.
goHappy typically receives a daily import file from the system of record, so we rely on that tool to have the most up to date information. If you update an employee's record today, then typically the phone number will update in goHappy the next day.
