Tracking and Reporting on Frontline Engagement Hub Activity

The dashboard shows total and unique visits to your Hub, helping you track usage trends over time. Filter by day, week, or month and view activity across preset time ranges.

The Frontline Engagement Hub dashboard gives you real-time insights into how employees are engaging with your content. Two key tools — the Visit Chart and Most Viewed Items — help you track participation, spot trends, and identify popular resources.


📊 Total & Unique Visits

The Total / Unique Visits chart shows how many employees have accessed the Hub within your selected timeframe.

  • Total Visits: All page visits (including repeat visits by the same person)

  • Unique Visits: The number of distinct employees who accessed the Hub

You can adjust the data view in two ways:

1. Time Unit (Top Right Dropdown)

  • View data by Day, Week, or Month

2. Date Range Selector

  • Choose a historical period:

    • Last 7 days

    • Last 14 days

    • Last 30 days

    • Last 3 months

    • Last 6 months

📅 Use these filters to track adoption after rollout, monitor seasonal spikes, or evaluate campaign impact.
