Rewards Overview Dashboard
Get a complete picture of your Rewards program activity
The Rewards Overview page is your home base for monitoring how your Rewards program is performing. It shows your personal activity as an admin, your team's overall activity, engagement metrics, redemption trends, and a live feed of recent activity — all in one place.
Where to Find It
1. From the main navigation, click The Hub
2. Select Recognition

4. In the left navigation, click Overview
💡 Note: All Rewards program configuration (setup wizard, billing, automation, reward catalog) is accessed via the Setup button in the top right corner of the page — not from this overview dashboard.

Filtering by Date
At the top of the Overview page you'll see a Filters dropdown that defaults to Last 30 Days. You can change this to view activity over different time periods. All metrics on the page update based on the date range you select.
Your Activity
The first section shows your personal stats as the logged-in User(Admins or Managers, depending on your organization) how many points you have to give, how many you've given, and your own redeemable balance.
- Available to Give: Points you currently have available to award to employees via Shout-Outs
- Total Given: Points you have given out during the selected time period
- Available to Redeem: Points you have earned and can redeem for rewards
- Total Redeemed: Points you have already redeemed
⚠️ "Not linked to a contact yet" — If you see this message in your personal activity cards, it means your user account hasn't been linked to your employee contact record yet. Click the Link contact button in the yellow banner to connect your account. Once linked, your personal balances will appear here.
Team Activity
The Team Activity section shows organization-wide stats for Admins and Permission aware stats for Managers for employees in your Rewards program for the selected time period.
Available to Give: Total points available across all managers/givers to distribute
Total Given: Total points awarded to employees so far
Available to Redeem: Total points employees have earned but not yet redeemed (pending rewards)
Total Redeemed: Total points employees have redeemed for rewards
Each card shows both the point total and the dollar equivalent, making it easy to understand the financial picture of your program at a glance.
Engagement Metrics
Scroll down to see two key engagement metrics:
Reach
The percentage of eligible employees who have received at least one reward during the selected time period.
> Example: 15% reach means 208 out of 1,361 eligible employees have been rewarded.
Use this metric to understand how broadly your program is touching your workforce. A low reach number may indicate that managers need encouragement to give more Shout-Outs, or that automation settings could be expanded.
Redemption Rate
The percentage of given points that have been redeemed by employees (Redeemed ÷ Given).
> Example: A 33% redemption rate means employees are redeeming about 1 in 3 points they've earned.
A lower redemption rate may indicate employees aren't aware they have points, or that the redemption process needs to be communicated more clearly.
Activity Over Time
A line chart showing the trend of Rewards activity over the selected date range — useful for spotting peaks and dips in engagement and understanding how program activity changes week to week.
Redemptions
The Redemptions section breaks down how employees are spending their points.
By Category
Shows which reward categories are most popular, with a percentage breakdown. Common categories include:
- Grocery and supermarkets
- General merchandise
- Restaurants
- Home and living
- Bank Transfer
By Vendor
Shows the specific vendors employees are redeeming with most frequently, with a percentage breakdown. This gives you insight into which brands resonate most with your workforce.
Recent Activity
A live feed of the most recent individual redemptions across your organization. Each entry shows:
- Employee name
- What they redeemed (vendor/brand)
- Points used and dollar value
- How long ago the redemption occurred
This feed updates in real time and gives you an immediate pulse on program activity.
Left Navigation — What Each Section Contains
From the Rewards left navigation you can access:
- Balances: View and manage individual employee point balances, add or remove points manually, view transaction history
- Redemption History: Full log of every redemption across your organization — used for payroll and tax reporting
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I go to configure my Rewards program settings?
If you are an Admin user, click the Setup button in the top right corner of the Rewards page. This takes you to all configuration options including Contacts, Reward Currency, Reward Automation, Integration Setup, Billing, Reward Selection, and more.
Can I filter the Overview to a specific time period?
Yes. Use the Filters dropdown at the top of the page to change the date range. All metrics update based on your selection.
What does Redemption Rate tell me?
It shows what percentage of awarded points have actually been redeemed by employees. A low redemption rate can signal that employees aren't aware they have points available — consider sending a message reminding employees to check and redeem their balance.
Can I see which specific employees have redeemed recently?
Yes — the Recent Activity feed on the Overview shows individual redemptions in real time. For a complete history of all redemptions, go to Redemption History in the left navigation.
