My Registration Link Expired. How Do I Get Back In?

Received your goHappy welcome email… but waited a little too long to click the link? No worries, this is a common situation and easy to fix.

 

If you received a “Welcome to goHappy Hub” email but never clicked the link to create your password, the link may have expired before your account was activated.

⚠️ In this case, the Forgot Password option will not work — there isn’t a password to reset yet.

Here’s what to do:

📧 Email support@gohappyhub.com
Include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address the original invite was sent to

Our support team will send you a brand-new registration link.

⏳ Important:
The new link is typically valid for 7 days, so be sure to complete your setup as soon as you receive it. In the future make sure you are logging in at https://app.gohappyhub.com/ and not using the welcome email link/password reset link as those are one-time use links.

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
The email will come from noreply@gohappyhub.com.
