How to see if mobile device is blocking the goHappy number?

Here are the directions for your team member to check:

  • For iPhone users:
    • Click Settings > Messages > Blocked Contacts > Swipe left on the number > Select Unblock
  • For Android users:
    • Open phone app > Contacts > Select/Search for blocked number > Tap 3 dot menu > Select Unblock Numbers > Unblock
