      How to unblock a goHappy number on a team member's phone

      Please follow these steps to unblock a number on an iPhone or Android device:

      • For iPhone users, they can check by going to Settings > Messages > Blocked Contacts > Swipe left on the number > Select Unblock
      • For Android users, Open the Phone app > Contacts > Select/Search for blocked number > Tap 3 dot menu > Select Unblock Numbers > Unblock
