Is a terminated employee still showing in goHappy?
goHappy shows active employees that are sent to us from your system of record, like an HRIS or Payroll system. If an employee is showing in goHappy and you would not expect to see them, then it likely means their employee record has not been marked as terminated in the HRIS/Payroll system.
