How can I make sure automated triggers send messages in each employee’s preferred language?

With this update, automated triggers can now send messages in each employee’s Preferred Language. This ensures your scheduled or event-based messages reach employees in the language that works best for them.

How It Works

  • Create a New Trigger

    • When you create a trigger for a contact type, the system will look at the Preferred Language field for the selected employees.

    • The represented languages will appear as “pills” above the text entry area.

    • The Send button has been updated to say Translate when more than one language is needed.

  1. Message Delivery

    • When an employee matches the trigger criteria, the system will use their Preferred Language to send the message.

    • If no preferred language is available, the message will default to English.

  1. Trigger Details

    • On the trigger details screen, you’ll see the list of languages that were used when the automated message was sent.

✅ With this update, your automated triggers are even more powerful, ensuring every employee receives timely messages in their preferred language.
