With this update, automated triggers can now send messages in each employee’s Preferred Language. This ensures your scheduled or event-based messages reach employees in the language that works best for them.
How It Works
-
Create a New Trigger
-
When you create a trigger for a contact type, the system will look at the Preferred Language field for the selected employees.
-
The represented languages will appear as “pills” above the text entry area.
-
The Send button has been updated to say Translate when more than one language is needed.
-
-
Compose and Translate Your Message
-
Enter your source message in English (other source languages coming soon).
-
Click Translate to generate versions in all represented languages.
-
You can edit any translated version directly.
-
To adjust the source, click Back, edit, and retranslate.
-
-
Message Delivery
-
When an employee matches the trigger criteria, the system will use their Preferred Language to send the message.
-
If no preferred language is available, the message will default to English.
-
-
Trigger Details
-
On the trigger details screen, you’ll see the list of languages that were used when the automated message was sent.
-
✅ With this update, your automated triggers are even more powerful, ensuring every employee receives timely messages in their preferred language.
