Employee: “Thank you for asking. It’s been a bit tough balancing things at home and here at work, to be honest.”

Manager: “I completely understand. Balancing personal challenges with work is never easy, and I can imagine it must feel overwhelming right now. If you’d like, I’m here to listen, and we can figure out if there’s anything we can do to ease things a bit for you.”
