Employee not showing?
Missing data in your HRIS file is the usual culprit
There can be a few reasons an employee is not showing in goHappy. Our systems has the following required fields in order for an employee to show in an account:

First name
-
Last name
-
Phone number
A missing phone number is the #1 reason we see an employee is not showing in goHappy.
We receive the employee file from your HRIS/Payroll system of record, so the employee record in that system will need to be corrected.
Your goHappy Admin(internal contact) will be able to see which employees have not successfully imported recently. They can download the report for further details.
