How do I create a dynamic list for my contacts?

Set criteria filters so your list automatically updates as employees join or leave your organization 

Name your list and then select which contact group this list will be based on.

Use criteria to control exactly who receives the message by filtering with your HRIS/Payroll fields.

Examples:

  • 🎓 Specific job titles

  • 📍 Specific locations

  • 🧑‍💼 Leaders only

How to set criteria:

  1. In the first dropdown, select the HRIS field you want to filter by (e.g., Job Title).

  2. Leave “is any of” selected if choosing one or more values.

  3. In the final dropdown, select the specific values that match your audience.

👉 Example:
If you only want messages sent to Store Managers, select Job Title → is any of → Store Manager.
